Dawn-grove provides ceramic workshop services, custom commission work, and studio membership programs. Information presented on this website is for promotional and educational purposes to help you understand our offerings.
Workshop registration is confirmed upon receipt of your completed booking form. We will send email confirmation within 24 hours of receiving your registration.
Full payment is required at the time of registration unless otherwise arranged. Prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes.

We reserve the right to cancel workshops due to insufficient enrollment, instructor illness, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another session.
Participants are expected to arrive on time and attend all sessions of multi-session workshops. Missed sessions due to participant absence are not eligible for refunds or make-up classes unless arranged in advance.
Monthly studio memberships renew automatically unless canceled. Members must provide 14 days notice to cancel membership. Studio access is granted only to active members in good standing.
Members are responsible for following all studio safety protocols and equipment usage guidelines provided during orientation.
Custom commission work requires a 50% deposit upon project approval. The remaining balance is due before delivery. Production timelines are estimates and may vary based on firing schedules and material availability.
Commissioned pieces are made to order and cannot be returned unless they fail to meet the approved specifications.
Ceramic work involves inherent risks including exposure to clay dust, heat from kilns, and use of sharp tools. By participating in workshops, you acknowledge these risks and assume responsibility for following safety instructions provided by instructors.
Dawn-grove is not liable for injuries sustained during workshops except in cases of proven negligence. Participants agree to follow all safety guidelines and use protective equipment as directed.
While we take care in handling student work, ceramic pieces may crack, warp, or break during drying and firing due to the nature of the material. Dawn-grove is not liable for such outcomes as they are part of the ceramic process.
All content on this website, including text, images, designs, and instructional materials, is the property of Dawn-grove and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
Techniques and methods taught in workshops may be used for your personal ceramic practice. Commercial use of proprietary glaze recipes or specialized techniques shared in advanced workshops requires separate licensing.
Pieces created during workshops remain the property of participants. Dawn-grove may photograph student work for promotional purposes unless you opt out by notifying your instructor.
Finished work must be collected within 30 days of completion. Unclaimed pieces after this period may be donated or discarded.

Participants must be at least 16 years old to attend workshops independently. Those aged 12-15 may participate with adult supervision. Children under 12 are not permitted in the studio due to safety concerns.
